If all you use on it are the filters, delays, and verbs than yes.

The looper was the huge one for me, but I plan on making use of the filters and verbs as well.
The delays maybe, but I doubt I'll stop using my e600/skrecho/dmm.
$265 after discount and a giftcard I had, pretty sweet deal.

hopefully this turns out better then the fullscale fiasco.
