Odds are he doesnt know what its worth and you could maybe get him to give it to you or work out some kind of deal. That guitar needs to be played and not locked up in a closet.

Well since we're talking about crazy conservatism, my mother and I havent spoken a word to one another in 2 months because I wouldnt pray with her when I was visiting for dinner. She said fine, but that I had to take a "moment of silence" while she and my sister (does everything my mom does and is my moms favorite child) were praying and I said, "no, for what?" She completely flipped out, took my plate, and dumped all the food into the trash can. We havent spoken since. Made Thanksgiving a fun time and Im sure it will make Xmas dinner even more fun.
