I don't get that. Most people have probably been drinking long before they turn 21. I guess you could celebrate by buying alcohol on yer birthday. That's the only bit that's illegal.

I guess my wording came across wrong. I'm already 21, I'm turning 22 in an hour. I have to finish a 15 page paper though
