Hmm, it appears this pedal has caught on fire.

So I found this old DOD Death Metal sitting around in my room from waaaaaay back, and I decided to plug it in to see how it still sounded to me. From the moment I plugged it in I knew something was wrong. It started making this loud droning sound, and after about 10 seconds I noticed smoke coming from under the switch. Needless to say I unplugged it immediately and extinguished the flame, but it scared the bejeesus out of me!

And it was about a minute after this that I realized this pedal was underwater when my house flooded a couple years back :picard:

Wish I would have gotten a pic of it when it was on fire, but my basement is carpeted....so, yeah.

Of all pedals ever made for this to happen it somehow seem appropriate the it's that pedal.
