i spend so much time... just staring at the pics of all the pedals that i can't afford.
...then i search and search for the best demos of the products i may never play,
and i become sad when my new, unmet friends are sold and have found new love.

what hell is this, ILF?

what djinn concocted these happily painted boxes
from brimstone and sulphur
and devised this musical plan to set me afoul?

why would you tempt me to such bitter depths?
i am only a man. i have naught but a man's weak soul
and an addiction to fuzz
(and gear in general).

i want so much...
but i have to save money for food!

and pedals will not protect me
from the rain.

I feel for ya. I've often thought that somewhere online there should be a forum that's like AA for us gear whores. Because every forum online is pretty much the opposite.

IDK. i alwayz looked at b/s/t but, until recently, nothing ever really piqued my interest: i think the ILF b/s/t was the initial impetus--aside from having my lurking account purged that one time-- for me to join ILF & add vertiginously nimrodish posts; but otherwise, i think i would still be lurking...

Usually the things I love pop up when I have no money.
And when I do..
I’ve been lucky lately and found things I really wanted or needed at just the right time.

They are great for jug burns or soloing missions or xp, but in a party situation I always felt they never contributed enough damage.
