so. i am considering getting a second Hazarai pedal. eventually. & maybe another Audible Disease CN-2 (i haz CN-1). i know Sev said he haz TWO Akai MPC 2000 XL's (!!!) so i was wondering if you had two (or more...multiples...) of something. either as back-ups, for touring, maybe the pedal was discontinued or updated, or you just flat out like teh pedal. et cetera:

& tell me more about the circumstances or reasons why you copped two.

None as of now, but I was going to buy a second DM-2, but since the prices recently skyrocketed even more, I decided to put that money towards a VB-2.

So I can loop/sample may effected loops/samples. Or record two samples and then play them with mah feets

Wouldn't mind two DD-3's for different sample/hold times.

It's funny, I use to have more doubles then I do now.

The big reason I started was for a while I was thinking about having more then one board, a little one and a big one, that never happened.

Also if I really LOVE a pedal I start thinking "shit, I'm basing my sound around this I need a backup..." and get a backup.

So I had two Maxon AD-900s but I really only need one so it went in trade for a amp.
I had two HAO Rumble mods but I fell out with ODs as a whole so I traded it to my guitarist for a smallstone and a Boss SD-1

I had two HAO Rust boosts because I got a deal and only needed one.

I have two Cherry Pops. If you ever get a hold of two of them and run one into the other you would know why.

I have four HAO The Roars, why? first I got one and then I wanted a backup, then I was really looking for a fuzz that sounded like a The Roar but handles active pickups and had more output and had a blend so when I found a third on ebay I got it to mod....... that never happend... because I I had finally plunged for a Katana Sound Supper Bass Fuzz which does evey thing I was trying to do with the The Roar. Then I found #2 on ebay for $50... how could I pass that up

...... And yes some day will most likely get a 2nd Katana Sound Supper Bass Fuzz.....

that did cross my mind today. i hate to jump on bandwagons though. i'd probably wait a while before i got it. i kind of passed on getting the Cathedral when it first came out & it was like a year or so before i got teh Hazarai. & really. my delay needs are going to revolve around what teh Cathedral can actually do.

also. i mean a used Hazarai vs a new DMB. price-wise. that's a tough call.
