Laptop noize, ableton, drums fuzz etc,

So! im using Ableton live to loop beats, sounds, samples, anything realy, the only thing that bugs me is the lack of fuzz, overdrives and distortion. I use a macbook pro, and a native instrument audio control soundcard(external), im wondering if i can play the samples with my mac and then re reoute them back into the mac through my fuzz, without damaging anything. mac - soundcard(out) -> fuzz->(amp input)->(amp simulated output/using a mic) which then in turn is routed into the input of the soundcard, back into the mac. So ican play a sample, and re record it with fuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz afterwards?
Im very anxious to route anything with amplification in series, i dont want to blow up anything, you see. If this works im gonna get myself a nice co pilot antenna, and start destroying sounds with my laptop! (has anyone tried using the antenna in conjunction with fuzz?)
picture of the soundcard:

I don't know anything about that soundcard, but AH sells a fancy thingy that allows you to do just that, called the ReAmp -

Let us know if and when you get a rig set up!

Thanks for the reply. both those options seems a bit expensive, so i stumbled my way over to the Ableton forums to hear if they knew anything. I'll let you know when i get an answer!
Hopefully i can spend the money on an antenna instead of a re routing device.
ps
I tried to play drum samples through a shoegazer and a destructo noctavia yesterday, TP+ drums = awesome! TP+SM+ drum = NOIZ! and DN + Drums = sparks and fizzles ( not too fun, but maybe i was doing it wrong).

you can do this. i do it with my motu 828 and ableton all the time. shouldn't be a problem.
the reamp is really just for impedence matching but ive never understood why u need that shit.

Anything particular you want to hear?
The ILF pedals ive got are:
Devis: Shoegazer, DN and co pilot android.

you can do it without those "re-amping solutions"
but the pedals will be reacting to the different levels of signal differently from what they were designed to do.
on some pedals you'll be getting tone suckage accordingly
but then again, this is fuzz, so you are looking to distort the signal, and you'll deal with what the results
have you tried NI guitar rig, or Amplitube
