'World Painted Blood'
IMO this is their best album in a really long time. I'm not sure if it's officially released yet, but it's floating around if you fish for it.

Yes, I do.
Any Slayer album with Dave Lombardo on it (for me) is worlds better than any of the ones without him. He is an absolutely integral part of the Slayer sound.
And I think the new one is markedly better than 'Christ Illusion'.
So, therefore = best Slayer album in a really long time.

I agree. And it is out officially, and I have it in my greasy mits, and it is awesome. Definitely better than Christ Illusion, and as you say, therefore their best in years. The guitar sound lacks that Reign in Blood bite in places, but meh, it's still got that distinctive Slayer sound and that amazing groove they get into when they really plough those riffs.
