LOL. this is the second hot sauce thread LOL.
Tapatio is a good one and is widely available at grocery stores but i really don't like Mexican hot sauces like that for condiments. i prefer to cook and fry things w/ it.

i'm def. more of a cholula man. and i think you all know why...
if anyone wants a bottle of tapatio, 2/3 full i'll trade for a pedal. been in the fridge for a while, but not super old. PM your offer

Dude... that reminds me: Fried eggs with salsa on top is delicious... I've not had that in years (and by years, I mean since I was a kid)... might have to make some for breakfast, or whenever I get out of bed tomorrow (it's already 4:30 AM now)...

Cholula is good, but not spicy enough! Great for flavoring guacomole though.
