It seems interesting, I guess. The Tap Tempo and all the other features are nice, but it probably doesn't sound as nice as the good old DMM.

The tap tempo and the FX loop make me want this a heck of a lot more than the DMM.

Well, that's my second Delay, Vibrato and Chorus sorted... when's it out?
Does it actually let you adjust the rate of the modulation with a knob? Otherwise I'll just get the Memory Boy.
Getting tired of all these big pedals though.

Early rumors said next week, which I highly doubt. Another rumor was January-ish, which makes more sense.
I assume the rate knob is for the modulation.
As for size...it looks about the same as the xo dmm or the smmh, which isn't too bad considering all you get.
I'm interested to know what the delay time will be...I'd assume they'd beef up the time if they went through the trouble to add tap tempo.

I started snooping around for info on this thing as soon as I saw this thread. Apparently it's supposed to be released late this year, or even early January 2010. The best part- $180 baby!

Looks promising. I hope it's voiced differently than the MB. The MB just seems too dark. I like the delayed notes to be warm but still sit well in the mix.

That's why I think Malekko still has an ace up their sleeve...the tone knob to choose how bright/dark the repeats on the 919 are will be a huge advantage.
