http://www.hemphillfinearts.com/EXHIBITIONS/Rose_Cypher_AUAM09/Rose_Cypher09_3.htmlJust ran across this (see link above) exhibition by an artist called Robin Rose. The photo the link sends you to is the first of three depicting an installation piece focused on guitar gear. Detail photos show some particular pedals, but I've not found out anything else about this show.
Posting it out of interest, not because I think it's groundbreaking or anything...

"50 Guitar effects pedals with interconnecting cables" --- I'm sure that's the small rig fo ra lot of the guys on TGP
Although it should really be called "50 Kinda crappy guitar effects pedals with interconnecting cables" -- it's all Boss and Danelectro, there's a Bad Monkey in there too.

A bit like the guitars on the wall at most Hard Rocks I've been too -- Ritchie Blackmore's Stratocaster...Squier by Fender, Made in China.

Here's another pic

All the pedals were facing the wrong way if you were standing in the middle playing them (of course, you'd also be standing on the wall at right angles to gravity and your guitar would be stuck to the ceiling so...)
The Boss PSM-5 at about 11 o'clock has nothing in its in & out jacks (on top) just send / return.
But there's an old v2 Small Stone, a BK Butler Tube Driver and a Civil War Muff down around 5 o'clock, so I take it back.

Its cool how these are on the wall and not on the floor where they can be played. At least you got actual sound out of marclays bullshit. If i lived near this exhibit id come back every couple hours with a bunch of friends for a chat and grab. LIBERATE THESE PEDALS
