It's a blog site. I like it because it allows you to upload and host songs, and create a "sound blog". There's also "reblogging" where you "reblog" 
other peoples post so they show up on your page, therefore advertising their page on your page, or vice versa.
Other than that I don't see much reason in choosing this over anything else.
