Need a gut shot fr repair if you have this pedal (EAD-2)!

I'm trying to fix some fucked up wiring I did a long time ago around the footswitch and in/out jacks on a Johnson EAD-2 pedal (AXL, and probably other companies, have sold this same pedal branded with their logo).
It looks like this (in case you have one branding and are not familiar with the other):
I realize fixing a screwed up wiring job is not rocket science, but I really don't know the correct way to do it.
And I'm sure there's a standard way for wiring these things up, so if anyone has a diagram (I can't find one for this sort of pedal) I'd really appreciate it.

Also, if anyone just happens to have a really small (mini?) 500K pot lying around, I would be willing to purchase/trade for it, if the price is reasonable! I need to replace a messed up pot in the pedal...
