Before you convince yourself you need a new computer, what happened to your old/current one?

im thinking the hard drive and power supply are going out, it seems to be alternating problems with either.

im not a computer wiz per say but i know probably more than enough, i've reformatted many computers, ive fixed lots of random problems.

this computer in particular, i got used (which was stupid of me in the first place) its been a long series of upsets with this computer.

i didnt post this just for fun. my computer wont turn on, im tired of dumping money into it. its not worth it to me anymore.

i decided ill probably start posting paintings for sale so, although i didnt really get any responses/ donations i will still be selling paintings to help save money for one... or if i break down and decide to buy parts again... that. man even the case on the computer that died today is falling apart. the fan is held on my zipties. i have to tape the tower together to get the sides from flopping out. piece of crap.. gr.

yep! so i guess if you want to help me out still, do it to it, otherwise over the next few days ill try to get some paintings done and i will sell those to raise money! (still painting pedals too!)

Are you planning on building from scratch? Depending on what you plan on doing with your computer, you should be able to build one on the cheap. Or, hell, if all you use it for is keeping up to date online, just get a $300 netbook.

i was just thinking about buying a computer thats all... together and working.

ive had enough of things not being the perfect part. im not stupid but damn. too many options.

just want something that works good.

i havent really looked into net books... i will probably end up buying a cheap laptop, i dont need it to do much but i want to be able to throw in photoshop and use aim.. thats my main stuff aside from ilf and face book..

but, i do appreciate the suggestion!
