I'm not gonna bend an expensive piece like that one but it got me thinking about trying to do something with something cheap I can get on ebay that will still sound half decent and w/ comfortably exposed guts. if anyone has a rec, lemme know!

My favorite cheap flanger is the old DOD FX 72/75. Analog, sounds great, and usually can be had cheap, although I'm not sure how easily accessible the guts are, since I've never really cracked it open

Daphon do one the E20FL which is basically a BOSS BF-2 and they're dirt cheap new so second hand they must be stupidly cheap and they're not SMD so easier to bend.

As morally reprehensible as it is Dan Electro make a Fab Series Flanger that I hear is good for bends.

I tried this guy when it came out and I didn't like it compared to the FX75-B. Most of the DODs from the FX75-B era sound great and the ones from the FX747 era sounded overly processed. YMMV though...

I have a BF-2 that's getting bent (all pun intended) that should be ready ANY DAY NOW!!! Oh, the waiting, it hurts me so.

I've been trying to sell a DOD FX75C for a long time now...

No surface mount shit... all analog...

But nobody wants it.

I came upon one recently and within minutes found some cool stuff. All from adding wires between certain points.
