they're amazing! i just got mine yesterday, unfortuneately a cable broke so i didn't get to play around too much

Due to having too many delay's though, I'm going to be putting one up in the B/S/T section very soon...

you can look farward to playing with it for a while and telling everyone you have so they can get jealous. then you can eventually get bored w/ it & gripe about EHX. then you can sell it to me for $20 off retail shipped. wherein i can effectively to put it good usage. and then you can buy another delay...

I have a Hog, Tube Zipper, Flanger Hoax, Small Clone, Wiggler, and SMMH.

I buy 'em, but I can never seem to get rid of them.

seriously. i envy you. i am having a hard time not cocking the hammer on a Memory Toy or a Memory Boy. i've been needing a second delay pedal for a hot minute.

why did you order it as opposed to going out to an authorized EHX dealer and buying one: you know, like instant gratification american-style?

I bought the memory toy a couple of weeks ago and I haven't been too happy with it. The repeats are weak and it takes forever for it to oscillate. The oscillations aren't that fantastic once you coax them out of it either. One cool thing though is if you crank the repeats when it's not turned on, the second you turn it on there's a crazy oscillating wall of sound.

I've heard that the boy oscillates better, but if the delays are similar to the toy

I had to buy online because it's a pain for me to get to a store that sells EHX.

The boy oscillates better because of the modulation.

I'm not expecting too much from it, actually. Mainly because it's analog.
