Ok...so this thought just hit me...

my family is going to sleepaway camp this summer - wife working there, kids doing the camp thing...so I've got a house in the suburbs of NY to myself to the full summer. I've already got plans to have a drum kit in the living room and plan to bring my rig upstairs and try to fill the house with jamming as much as possible over the summer...I'm also going to be hitting up a bunch of live shows in the surrounding states all summer long. Life is work from home and won't be changing any time soon....sooooooo....why not host a get together?

Does this appeal to anyone? Can anyone get to NY between late June and Mid August? If there's interest, I'm down to host, and I have a empty house so peeps could possibly even stay here. Not thinking anything super crazy, but maybe a weekend hang/jam/ILF-est?

I've already blown a hole in my bank account, so I'm not down, sadly.

I'm envious of that kind of free time.
I'd love to meet up with some other noise-making weirdos.
I could meet up any weekend in July except the first.

I'm down to meet in a small group even one or two other people who are in the area to hang.

Aside from the opportunity to make noise, I'm also trying to make plans so I don't lose touch with other humans and reality this summer. But yeah, if you'll be in the NY area (or want to be in the NY area because it sounds fun to hang out all day and try out pedals and drink some brews, share a joint, etc, and jam) hit me up.
