DSD Dust

I fear I'm late to the party (again) but wanted to make appreciative noises about the fortnight-old Deep Space Devices Dust pedal:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMyYO8qYN84
It's billed as a fuzz/glitch pedal but the demo mostly put me in mind of the MASF Raptio, the much more interesting precursor to the EHX Freeze which allows the user to control the size of the grains that create the freeze effect. I've always loved the Raptio but not the supply issues or indeed the horrible naming policy adopted by MASF. It's nice to have some of the same sounds available without the offensive verbiage, and at a reasonable price.
I've watched the clip many times but am still unsure whether the single knob is controlling fuzz as well as grain size. Maybe someone can enlighten me?
