Power Supply question

I need a power supply that is 12v 500ma but has a tip on it like the old peavey power supplies with what I'm guessing is a 3.5 tip? anyone know what thats called? I can't seem to find one on amazon.
you can get DIY ends like this where you could snip off the plug on any power supply and solder it in if you want to go cray like this -
