This is the thread to help your stalker out.
Post some relevant gear info, like what you've got, what you're considering getting and general stuff you like (what sort of effect or brand or whatever).
Allergies/dietary restrictions and likes/dislikes for consumption!
T-shirt size!
You got pets? We love pets!
What music are you into and what format? Vinyl? Cassette? Minidisc?
Other hobbies you're into!
Don't be too specific or lucrative in your wishes as it will make for a stressed out and sad stalker, and those are the dangerous ones. Plus, you want it to be a surprise, don't you?
Happy hunting!

Allergies/dietary restrictions and likes/dislikes for consumption!
Vegan and coeliac (gluten free). Other than those enormous restrictions I like everything. I love cooking so new sauces/spices/ingredients are also welcome. Love coffee.
T-shirt size -
small/medium (don't mind things being a big baggy). I have a million tshirts so feel free not to get one too, though I can always appreciate a rad one
You got pets? We love pets!
I do not got pets.
What music are you into and what format? Vinyl? Cassette? Minidisc?
Almost exclusively digital these days so though I can play CDs. Bandcamp gift preferred.
Other hobbies you're into!
reading!!! gimme books and I'll be eternally grateful - check ye reading thread for my tastes don't be lazy. Skateboarding (am running very old setup atm so new stuff would not go unwanted if you're knowledgeable in this realm). Cooking as mentioned above, those are the big'uns.
The gear stuff. First note, I absolutely promise not to buy anything till the new year so don't worry about that.
You'll probably find this from STALKING but I don't tend to get on with really out there guitar pedals, probably my inner blues lawyer or something.
I have been thinking about getting an analog delay recently - which I post about from time to time. But do I want an analog delay really or just a good digital emulatey thing a la El Cap...
I am fairly set on dirt unless it's like, something totally distinct in flavour from what I have already.
I like eurorack and have a half full case. I will post my current rig soon so you can stalk what I've got. I also like other synths and whatnot.
I might update this when I think of more stuff but you know me, I post a hell of a lot get stalking

I hope I don’t sabotage but if I was your Santa I’d get you something written by an awful Tory MP. But then it’s good for Santa to know you’ve already read 72virgins

You're the best.

but don't make it too easy for them.
(I am secretly easy to buy books for because I like a lot of stuff)
72 Virgins is the worst book I've ever read and I'm disgusted that man is our prime minister

I'm grabbing a Hexe Sound Cartridge, but that'll probably be the last gear purchase for me this year. Things I wouldn't mind owning: ring mod (haven't tried many, so any will be cool), a cheap small (Chinese) looper pedal, a jfet od of sorts, or something similar to the LAL Misty Cave (resonant-y stuff). Not a big modulation person. I like building kits, so kit form is cool! Hate sourcing parts though, so getting me just a PCB will mean it probably never gets built.
I eat everything. Trying to eat less sweets, but dark chocolate or salty black liquorice is still being consumed. Love hot sauces! They don't need to be 'challenge' hot. Local sauce would be rad.
I'm tall (6'1) and lanky, so probably a size L shirt (but I own a lot of shirts, so I'm good if you don't get me a shirt

).
I have dogs. Two whippets. They're quite spoiled, but plush toys are a big hit. Treats too, obviously.
Spotify gets me what I need for music, but I can play vinyl and cassette and CDs. If you have a band, I'd like to hear it though, regardless of format!
I read a lot, but I've got so many books I've yet to read that buying another book for me seems unnecessary. I play Overwatch... A lot. I main Mei, Roadhog and D.va, so merch related to that franchise or those heroes would be
But... Stalk my ass. I don't know myself as much as I like to believe. You'll probably find something I'll love.

I've got lots of pedals. So I would like to expand what I currently have as regards synths/sequencers/drones/etc.
I'm not after anything difficult to post - things like the Pocket Operator stuff, Korg Volca (I have the Modular) Korg Nu:Tekt NTS1 would be fun to play with.

Allergies/dietary restrictions and likes/dislikes for consumption!
Sad to say, but since April last year I've lost most of my sense of smell/taste so it would be wasted on me. I don't drink any more so booze is a no-no too

T-shirt size!
I could fit in an XL at a push, but prefer XXL (UK sizes)

No pets.

Digital downloads and CDs preferred - I like all sorts of stuff so I'm happy to take my chances

Not that much - I read a lot of Science Fiction (and sometimes Fantasy) and have just bought a Switch (games currently owned: Pokémon Sword / Untitled Goose Game / Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle / Sonic Forces).
My daughter is into Pokémon and Sonic toys if you'd rather get her something.

Gear-wise things are moving pretty slow for me atm, I won't buy anything from here to december (i'm just waiting on a Fabrikat and Pest Tattern to arrive) so the things i wanted to try last year are pretty much the same (except the reverb that came for SS my last year - vidret:

).
I like things that make my guitar sound like clangblomdungbamsweeeenzbrrrzoink, ring mods, freq shifters, fuzzes are always welcomed, even more if they have a clean blend. I like kalimbas, mbiras and weird instruments that make bell-like sounds.
Stalk me, sometimes I write about things that I want and then forget the day after.
Also,i have an almost-3years-old daughter who likes things that make noises.
I like to cook and i eat almost everything (except olives. i hate olives.)
I wear a Medium size shirt, all colors are welcomed, white in particular.
I can play everything except cassettes

i'm mostly into noise/post-something/math/prog/ stuff. Early grunge is always good too. If you have a band or a project of any kind, i want to listen to it.
i read sci-fi but also other stuff.
i like legos.

Food: I’m vegetarian, which means I don’t eat gelatin because it’s just another way of cooking pork rinds. Aside from that, adventurous.
Shirt. XL. I need to combat the middle-age spread a bit better.
We’ve had an adorable, energetic rescue beagle for almost a year. She’s much more into chews than squeaky or stuffed toys—she really doesn’t give anything else the time of day. And she is the most finicky beagle I have seen when it comes to people food.
CD and digital are in highest circulation. Gonna try to get Granddad’s Dual turntable looked at this winter. Do have a couple portables that play cassettes.
For music gear stuff:
I haven’t been pulled over to modular so far. I’m gonna get a new iPad shortly and expect to do most of my synthing, sampling, and sequencing there. At the same time, I find some little synth and sample boxes intriguing like Volca FM and MicroGranny.
On the guitar side, I dunno. My next pedal priority is probably a great trem that is flexible and does deep chopping square and similar. I finally got a ring mod last year but I wouldn’t mind another that does very clear bells and gongs. Deeper-than-people-realize “utility” pedals like the Kniv and Boss LS-2 are really getting my attention. And I am always excite for granular/glitch devices. For dirt, I’m not a Muff enthusiast and I’m thinking PLLs aren’t really my jam. But other than those tilts, very happy with ILF approved fuzzes and drives. I’m shifting away from amps towards preamps into my rack, so neat stuff in that vein would definitely get love. I like delays way too much—if it’s interesting and not just a bog standard typicalness, I will like it, even though I already have a ton of delay options.

Post some relevant gear info, like what you've got, what you're considering getting and general stuff you like (what sort of effect or brand or whatever): I am starting back up my 3rd time around so my equipment is really basic at the moment. When I first joined I fell down the fuzz hole - more balls = better for me. If I am going to be distorted I want my bass to sound like its an angry magical creature. Lately I am really into modulation - I LOVE delay and its gonna be hard to hold off on buying one until December but I can wait. The new bass I am picking up next week should hold me over. Not huge into tremolo or chorus wave forums but maybe I have not found the right pedal.
Allergies/dietary restrictions and likes/dislikes for consumption! - Gummy anything. I have a bad sweet tooth. Not big on chocolate. I drink coffee by the gallon.
T-shirt size! -XXL but I can fit into an XL
You got pets? We love pets! - I have an old doge that is 17 years old with no teeth and pees ever where. Otherwise he's a solid dude.
What music are you into and what format? Vinyl? Cassette? Minidisc? I am a toad and can only do down loads. I use Apple Music per my toadness.
Other hobbies you're into! - I am a family guy with a sales job (kids are 4 years and 4 months) so that takes up most of my time. I am a Video Game addict and I am trying to stay off the sauce for a bit while I focus on creating music and being a better bass player. Super into 90's nostalgia and if you want to buy something for the kiddos they like small fuzzy things.

I had a detailed thing that i put in the 2019 thread when it got bumped the other day, but agreed with someone who said that, as i put it, "it wasn't sporting." in response to the above:
Post some relevant gear info, like what you've got, what you're considering getting and general stuff you like (what sort of effect or brand or whatever).
i'm largely sorted for fuzz-tortion at this point, but there may be space left for something with its own personality. modulation, reverb, and delay are nice, especially if odd, analog, and lumpy. to me the builder is irrelevant as long as the unit makes cool noises that work for me. in the middling future i'll be working on electric guitars and likely getting new ones, doing similar with playing bass in lower numbers of units, and getting the amps piled in the corner of the room fixed. i'm putting together 2 racks, one all reverb/multi-FX in mono with 1/4" I/O and the other studio-type signal processing (EQ, comp/limiter, etc. with XLR I/O, and will also be reviving my MacBook Pro and starting home recording. so i'm going to be a busy little bee. P.S. i like weird guitar parts.
Allergies/dietary restrictions and likes/dislikes for consumption!
restrictions: none
likes: i'll eat just about anything except some of that terrifying East Asian shit. i love cheese more than most humans. coffee or other hot beverages will certainly come in handy.
T-shirt size!
Large (US): pit-to-pit ~21"-23."
You got pets? We love pets!
a big sweet black cat called Otis. seventeen pounds of heavenly joy. his favorite treat is sitting on my lap, but he loves toys. he says if our Satan is from the UK he'd like to try some Dreamies.
What music are you into and what format? Vinyl? Cassette? Minidisc?
shoegaze, 60s-70s psychedelia, 80s-00s indie, Krautrock, non-hardcore punk, post-punk, weird indie, post-rock, ambient, and Berlin techno. i listen to more British/European music than i do American any more. CDs, cassettes, downloads; CDs preferred. minidisc? LOL.
Other hobbies you're into!
camping and hiking, especially in the mountains. i'm a huge history buff, and am also interested in the art/Left nexus as expressed by Debord, Fluxus, Rock In Opposition, and/or post-Dada/Surrealism in general. also support Liverpool and Barcelona. love art, ancient to modern.
