Fender Blues Jr. II With speaker upgrade value

There is this post on Craigslist that has caught my eye. It’s a blues junior and it’s been modded and has a C Rex speaker. I have seen a few of these online with this same setup. He’s got these 2 guitars and the emerald green one is calling my
name. I offered him $700 for both the amp and guitar and he said $750. I might just be feeling impulsive but it’s an investment that I hope makes me a little money and something to play while I wait for it to sell. What do you guys think? Yay or nay? I play stoner doom down tunes filth a la Jimmy Bowers...
