Building a pedal for a friend : ]

Bored, so I figured I'd post it here. Once I get some money, I'll make some more complex pedals. I'll design and etch PCBs, and maybe make some custom pedals for friends.
This is all I got so far, but I'll update.
It's a true bypass/feedback looper pedal. The switch on the right is the bypass, and the switch on the left is momentary. The toggle switch switches between standard loop and feedback. The momentary switch temporarily engages whatever mode the toggle is not set to.
I had some... parts issues in this one. The components I thought would work better than the first one I built forced me to lay out the footswitches asymmetrically. Without knowing it, it's not that easy to tell when the footswitches are installed. (it's easy to tell in the pic, but they have a little "play" in the holes). If I do make any more of these (I probably will, since I really like them for my pedals), I'll go back to the method I used for the first one I made for myself. This one will work fine, though. The footswitches are the only issue.
Right now, I'm waiting to get a new LED and potentiometer. The pot (or "knob" for you guys) would control the intensity of the feedback.
Just thought I'd post the process. I'll follow up with completed pics including gut shots.
