Personally (and sincerely) I would do Machine First -> Tentacle -> WAH.
If this is a meme or troll post. Call me daft cause it's way over my head.
ADDED: That's literally how I've been setting up my 'guitar voice' since forever. If I saved my PMs I would have screen shot one I sent to UglyCasanova in 2016. My very simple formula of Distortion/Fuzz -> Pitch -> Some sort of filter -> Capable delay. I've basically been doing some variation of a theme since then. Not much has progressed since Freshman Year of High School... I just own more shit now

EDIT TO ADDED: Oh I use ring mods now too. I have progressed!!!

What types of textures are you seeking? The Machine has envelope-filter-like qualities that are also reminiscent of dissonance produced by analog upper octave fuzzes, i.e., you have the potential for some timbral overlap there. Either way, the Machine will be reactive to volume and gain swells and can cause anything placed before it to sound twisted and broken (think NIN). Green ringer clones like the tentacle will become more shrill with wah running into them or shift from muffled to screech if placed before one and are also reactive to pre-gain.

least favorite was machine->ringer->wah. the ringer needs to be first to function properly it seems, otherwise is lost through the machine or solo
runner up was ringer->machine->wah. but the wah bass'd the things in front too much
favorite was ringer->wah->machine. ringer really made the wah come alive, and somehow the machine last really brought out a low of lows
