Post your band/gig posters

Post by VREEEEVROOOOOW »

Let's see your design skills, ILFers! Alternatively, if someone else does your posters, let's see how good taste you have, ILFers! Here's my three most recent, to kick things off. The first one wasn't done by me, but the others were. My new-ish band is billed on all three.

The first one is for a sort of obscure show where the poster says "My band, your band, both bands", where literally *my band*, and *your band* (the other guy's band) played.

The second one is also from a sort of secret/private show, with dinner for everyone after the show. :joy:

The third one is the first to feature our new-ish logo, which we think is pretty great. The logo isn't made by ourselves. For the bottom of the poster, I modified the logo of the band that's playing that show with us.

Primarily made by the guitarist of the other band, who also made the first poster I posted in this thread. I just added our logo and the pictures of us.

Wow, there is pro-level art going on here. It's all good, but I especially like the sci-fi art. This is really good work, people.

great posters Cantab! I'm glad to see someone around Boston still making great posters. I feel like well done gig posters have kind of died out in the past decade or so.

I also can't believe I never noticed your user name. I love the Cantab even with that bathroom smell :)
