He has two phasers on his board. If he was traveling light for the tiny desk, it was probably the pigtronix (I’m speculating from the link I posted. It also sounded bi-phase-y to me and he said the pigtronix reminded him of that).
EDIT: I’m a dumbass and now it sounds like chorus? Also in the article.

That bass (forget the pickup) body is one of a kind. They don't make a 6 string hollow body bass (Ibanez). Crazy.
