“Fuzzy Guy” Pedal?

A dude has this for sale. It has an amazing name. Anyone familiar with it? He said he thinks it’s from the 70’s but otherwise doesn’t have any info on it. A quick google search turned up nothing.

Can't find anything either but depending on the price that thing looks ripe for a buyin' and tryin'.
