They used to be a really good store, but their service has gotten really shitty. I'll never be shopping there anymore.
Anyone else been getting a crappy experience shopping there recently?

They send me 2 emails a day for more than a week for their last sale. And I'm sure that I unsubscribed from their list a long time ago.

I think JohnyAngle was trying to poke fun at them ALWAYS having a 20% off coupon and you don't even have to call and ask for it. but also, the correction made is v tru.

As someone who used to quite like Prymaxe, I agree, their service is crap now. I have a couple of gift cards that I’d like to use up with them and then it would have to be a pretty exceptional circumstance for me to bother with them again.

20% off coupons for items they never have in stock and don't give you a refund on pre-orders if you decide to cancel after waiting three months? I'll pass (after getting burned).

Last year I had paid for a pre-order on a Rainger Deep Space, and after a few months of being assured it would be in soon, they had to cancel it. I often wonder if they lose these brands because the brands are also not happy with the way they do business. I did get a refund on that order tho.

They gave me 20% off a GC Pro right when they were coming out. I hate them but at the same time I’m not rich. So, it’s a moral dilemma. I always pass on the savings when I sell, so I think it balances, but maybe not. Maybe I’m insane. It’s possible. Think about it.
