what kind of trannys are these? creepy f mini driver

this is a creepy fingers mini driver from 2014
i assume that means pigdog clone? i dont know
anyway just wondering if anyone can ID these trannys

The upper one looks like a CBE pinout, so perhaps a BC model transistor.
The lower one looks like an old Japanese SC/SA flat packages. The package nomenclature escapes me at the moment. If it is Japanese, then the pinout might be ECB. Any schematic floating around?

Brad said he couldn't even remember building it. Said he thinks it is a "simplified colorsound overdriver" after looking at the guts.
