octave up AND gritty overdrive in 1 pedal, octave on footswi

Are there any octave up and dirt pedals that have the octave up effect on a second footswitch? I am thinking a Red LLama type crackly dirty boost, with a Green Ringer on a stompswitch to get it weird or to almost fuzz areas as needed.

I was seeing the EQD Hoof Reaper come up in some searches, but I didn't know if those fuzzes got low gain but unity volume sounds that would work? Plus that's a good deal of cash.

Thanks!

A Foxx Tone machine on low gain settings might accomplish this goal - especially if you lift the clipping diodes.

I've seen Chicago Stompworks build 2 in 1 style pedals with llamas, ringers, rats, fuzzez etc. They might be able to make you just that!

Been wantin' to try a Joe Gore Screech. :snax:

Was gonna suggest a custom Chicago Stompworks. :thumb:

switchable transformerless octavia is nice loud and gritty, better for chords than the switchable transformer version

had one built for me, too much fuzz, not enough "slam the input to break up" distortion I'm more looking for. That.s why I asked the Hoof Reaper question.

I think I am going to contact Chicago Stomworks and see what a plain box Grey Spec or Red Llama + Green Ringer would run. Any opinions on either of those circuits? Not having a tone control(S) could be an issue or might be the good to avoid any un-needed frequency boost/quack sounds in my main dirt pedal.

I'd, personally, go for the Gray Spec. Also, I'd ask if he could make the order switchable. :snax:

Fuzzrocious Demon, Cat Tail, or Grey Stash with the octave jawn mod added.

the jawn mod says it is digital, I think I am looking more for the glitch and clang than pristine pitch shifting effects. Or is there jawn not that way?

Doh! Yeah I'd want analog octave too. That's weird they only offer digital.

Not ideal, but you could use an overdrive you already have in the loop of a Fuzzhugger Upper?

i'm trying my best to dig in my brain for something that has overdrive and an octave and I am coming up short.
