Eivind August & Ugly Nora: I'm always skeptical when it comes to usually non-funk-familiar artist to go this way because they often lack of that essential grooviness, those you posted are not the case.

Chank: I know you were going to post something, was expecting something like Herbie Hancock still, never been a Pastorius huge fan but that track rips!

Dapper Bandit: I think every single artist you posted is somehow in the "essential funk" folder on my computer, AAAAAND I love Secret Chiefs 3 (even in their less funky moments). Gonna look for more of the last one you posted because I don't know them!

Inconuucl: they're the band of the moment for a lot of friends of mine, and sure they can promote their stuff properly, so far I have just seen some videos here and there, but I swear I'm gonna listen to an album.
