Testing out ZT Lunchbox prototype

So I got my ZT Lunchbox for testing.

Basically mine is like the current model, but with a slightly expanded tonal range and effects loop(as the amp's own gain is actually pretty decent).

So far, it's great. The dirt was a little vanilla when I first tried it, but with the right pickups it's good. A Fendery kind of sound. With my Dad's Epiphone dot it got growly. It's probably the least fizzy SS amp I've ever heard. I almost miss the option of making it a bit fizzy somehow. I think it's a lot to do with the special speaker.

Can't wait to try out the effects loop. A little bit of chorus, phaser or delay would make the dirt sound a lot more interesting. An LPB-1 up front for solo boost would do wonders too. The gain is just a little bit short of how high I'd like it to go - it really is very deliciously smooth gain.

On top of it, it's got some of the best cleans I've ever heard. I'm very skeptical of people saying an amp has good cleans, because it's hard to know exactly what it means. In this case it adds a kind of chime similar to a lot of Fender and Vox amps, as well as having a Jazz Chorus kind of vibe(when you play the the tone/gain) knobs.

I haven't tried it with my proper guitars and stuff yet but I can't wait.
