Subdecay Vitruvian Mod

I have a v1 Vitruvian Mod and the headroom isn't too great. I know the v2 supposedly has better headroom, but has anyone ran the v1 on 18v to increase headroom?

ive owned v1 and v2 and despite never running either at 18V i preferred v1's tone and funnily enough, headroom. sounded slightly less...digital?
