Boo I Need a Cheap Amp...

So I joined this dude's band ( http://www.myspace.com/tommhart ) and he uses an Omnichord to get some fucked up sounds. We make a good team cuz I can do the things live that he does on his record with my stompboxes. Unfortunately, however, the dude's gonna play drums and I'm gonna play the Omnichord and run it through a couple of effects. I'll end up playing the lead guitar, too.
Anyway, it's a four-piece and we play pretty loud. Not to mention that he really beats the fuck out of the drums.
I need a cheap amp to run the Omnichord into. I tried plugging it into my Twin Reverb but when I play guitar and fuck with the thinger at the same time, (which will be necessary) both instruments start sounding shitty. And I don't wanna fuck up the speakers.
I'd need something in the $100-$200 but it'd have to be pretty loud. I mean, I'd want a kind of combo-guy that can keep up with my Twin and Tomm's ridiculous drums. And every experience I have with plugging any kind of digital instrument (elaborate keyboards included) has been horrible. I always get this weird kinda hum swishy noise that is just frustrating with every amp I've encountered. Any advice?
