Based on a pedal i built:

Jacks = 3/8"
Stop Switches = 1/2"
Mini Switches = 1/4"
Pots = 9/32" (though, I have a feeling the standard is 5/16")

I used an Erwin Unibit for all the holes. Mine goes from 1/8" to 1/2" in 1/32" increments.

I need to figure out the power supply jack. I think I'm gonna my my MXR Script Phase 90 to accept a power supply because I'm sick of using the battery snap.

I bought mine for the same price as one decent drill bit at the Home Depot. It was like 15 bucks or something. :wha?:

I got it 'cause I didn't have money for all the drill bits I needed. They're great for small-scale stuff.

Seriously? Man. I remember when I went, I saw them and thought "WEREN'T THOSE LIKE 50 BUCKS?!" Maybe I got lucky and they... had them all labeled with the wrong price... and the computer was wrong too. :lol:

My dad told me they were super expensive and didn't last any longer than a normal drill bit... so it was pointless to buy them in the long run. He was pretty surprised when I told him how much it was.

The Home Depot's website has a 3-bit set for 50 bucks, too...

In any case, individual bits are prolly better anyhow, so I bet you came out ahead. :thumb:

5/16 for pots
1/4 for toggles (sub-minis... most are the same mounting size, though)
3/8 for audio jacks
1/2 for stomp switches
1/2 for DC jack

LED's are where it's tough if you're not using a bezel. They fit 1/4 inch holes.

for a 5 mm, I think 3/16 works. Don't quote that one, though.

The ones up top are kosher! :thumb:

AC jacks are 1/2" too. I use 5/16 for pots and led bezels. My unibits always go to shit after like ten pedals, so I go for the cheapass ($7?) harbor freight ones rather than wasting $40 a pop.
