No idea about the loud fuzzy part, anyone's guess is as good as mine
Doesn't sound too unique imo, so I'm assuming you're refering the intro bit, right?
Reminds me of the old Dod FX22 I used to have, with the speed control dimed. Dunno though, for all I know any vibrato pedal could do the trick

I'm talking about dat delicious guitar that kicks in at 00:43, and also the fuzzy feedback part. I totally get why most people would listen to the fuzzy bit, and go "meh, sounds like shoegaze"—but there's something specific about it that just really gets me, and I can't nail down exactly what it is. But I'm even more so curious about the pre-fuzz bit.

If you can't get it with a fabtone it's not worth getting.

Hey I do occasionally not have the Fab Tone on!
But I mean you can't really beat the Fab Tone with five reverbs and two delays, that's a given. Or... could you? Is it possible that... maybe... SIX reverbs and THREE delays? Hmmm... Someone send me more reverb & delay pedals!
