Pedals Parts Plus customer service

I ordered two hammond pre drilled tap tempo enclosures and only received one in my order. I just emailed them about it and im just wondering if anyone has an past experiences with them. As of now im just hoping for the best and that this will be resolved with no troubles.

This is a relief. I just sent an e-mail over since it's a sunday morning and labor day is tomorrow so I doubt anyone will be around to answer phones. Thanks for the responses.
