After all the drama relating to the original maker of these, I'm reluctant to bother Aen with this question

I recently picked up a s/h Devi Ever BDSM (built by Dwarfcraft) and the LED, which was working to start with, no longer lights up.

If I turn off the power supply and later turn it on and then switch on the pedal, the LED light comes on briefly but then stays off.

As far as I can tell, the pedal is working fine so I'm not that fussed - it's quite clear if it's on or not ! - but more out of curiosity than anything else, I wonder if it's a simple fix.

I tried that yesterday without success, but what I didn't do (no idea why not*) was reflow the solder on the switch and the point on the board where it connects to the switch - which is clearly marked "LED".

Having just done that, it now works.

Aw dude I'm really sorry. I had the same problem, redid the soldering, and I thought I fixed it because it's worked for months.

Clearly I had not fixed it very well. I would have put it in the ad if I thought there was still an issue.

It's still playing up so I might swap the LED for a new one if a second go at the solder fails to fix it (it could be the switch but hopefully not), but as I said, there's no doubt if it's on or not so it's not that important.

Haha yeah it's not a subtle pedal.

I finally got round to looking at it again today, and a new LED has solved the problem.
