I have a Basset Hound named Bernie,hes super awesome and likes to eat out of my garbage can when I'm not paying attention.We think he might have Blood Hound in him because hes alot taller than most basset hounds and has shorter ears.He also has a nasty ear infection which is so bad that it can only be permanently fixed by removing the inner ear.Despite the smell he does pretty good as long as we clean them with this solution the vet gave us.Hopefully you clean your bassets ears regularly as these infections are quite common, and not something enjoyable for you or the dog.But any who Basset Hounds are awesome, who can resist the floppy ears, shorty stubby legs,and the sad droopy face?
