is this a tube amp? it dosnt say it in the title but it says tube-pre amp in the description

It's one of those hybrid amps.Solid state power amp and tube pre amp.

It doe, but it won't sound exatly like a tube amp. Better than a solid state though. A tube combo amp has preamp and power amp tubes, this one only uses preamp tubes.

the preamp has a tube or tubes, its the section of the amp where the tone/signature sound is created. the power amp is solid state. no tubes, but you'll be able to to have clean high wattage power coming out of the amp.

If you are looking for cheap tube amps with decent wattage try and hunt down something from crate's V series.
They are discontinued, but can still be found for cheap. They sound good out of the box, great with a few tweaks.
