Italia Maranello '61 hollowbody or Reverend Daredevil?

I can get an Italia Maranello '61 Hollowbody for $470, or a Reverend Daredevil for $535 after tax.
I am leaning towards the Italia, but I have heard mixed things about their build quality. Still, that guitar looks pretty damn good. I don't really have any way of playing it, so I would be buying it somewhat blind.
The Reverend is basically their take on an SG - it sounds like an old-school SG, essentially.
I am leaning towards the hollowbody, because I have been looking for a hollowbody guitar w/ humbuckers and that seems to fit the bill quite well.
Thoughts?
