I am in a position where i can get this for 100 dollars, should i do it? whats the consensus on this pedal?

If it is in good condition you should grab it.

If nothing else, you can always sell it -- probably for twice as much at least.

well its never been used, but it has no enclosure or switch, i figure i can do that fairly easily myself though, just put it in my old DS1 case with a new paint job?

No case? Sounds a little bit shady, make sure it works before you pull the trigger.
