Hey, I'm looking for someone to do a split tape with. I'll do one side, you do the other. If a few people are interested I'm okay with doing two people per side, but I don't really want to split it up more than that. Maybe a better way to say that is that I don't personally want to go through the trouble of making the cassette and have less than about 15minutes worth of time on it, personally. If there is more interest then we can do a few tapes or something. I do kind of minimal, ambient drone stuff (don't we all?) under the name Tape Artifacts and I'd like it to be stuff that is at least somewhat similar.

I don't know anything about mastering, so I'm planning on hitting up someone on here to do that.

I will be doing my recording over the next two weeks, then I start summer school so it's not a big deal if this drags on a little while people finish up their parts.

Anyway, feel free to comment or message me if you're interested!

This sounds sweet. I'm super busy with sound stuff already (of middling quality ) so I can't take you up on this directly but I am definitely stoked to hear the final result!

Not any proper songs, I've been trying to save some more fleshed out ideas for this recording, and it was only recently that I gave up on the idea of a band with other people. The best example I have is my Instagram account, but Instagram is arguably the worst way to experience droney music, so take it for what it is and isn't.

Edit: One person has contacted me, privately, so we are either good to go or can make room for up to two more people.
Even if it is just the two of us, I'll keep this thread updated since now it'll be a nice little ILF colab.
