First of all, if your insurance company took it away from you, you have shit insurance. I own my machine and they did monitor usage until I fired the fuckers. The machine is mine. So, that make zero sense or you've been swindled (which I would actually believe since insurance companies are cock suckers).
Second, you can buy a CPAP on Amazon and all the supplies from various dealers online and in person. I've done it for years.
Third, I don't know how much you value living, but Sleep Apnea can and will most likely kill you at some point if not treated. It's not a joke. I'm not sure why it's even made out to be funny or why you think it's funny. I don't get why you think a lot of things are funny though.
Maybe I could recommend a good therapist in your area if you tell where you are? I'm being completely serious man.

If you are familiar with therapists in the Philadelphia area I'd be interested to hear your suggestions. Keep in mind I don't have a car, so it would have to be someone accesible by public transit or bike.

So you may think I'm joking but I am legitimately offering assistance. I know how much it fucking sucks to have sleep apnea and I've been dealing with it for the last 5 years. It sucks and I hate the fucking insurance companies and they way they try to dictate your health and well being. So fuck them.
Here's the machine I have. There's one for sale for 200 bucks but it's from a new seller. So, maybe not a good option.

There's a ton of other sites as well.
You can also set them up if you know what your doctor recommended for your pressure. I actually youtubed how to get into the physicians settings on mine and it was stupid easy. Some of them you can even monitor via a phone app to find out if you're getting a full benefit from the machine.
The supplies, you can buy at stores or online usually. I've had to do this for years because I didn't have insurance for awhile and when I did my insurance company use Apria, and they send you garbage. It sucks ass. The equipment is the worst part about it. Especially if you're like me and need a full face mark. I just bought a new one and it was 140 bucks. Ugh. It's nice though and a new type that goes under you nose instead of over it. So much more comfortable.
As far as the therapist. I'll ask my doctor if your seriously interested. There's a good chance that he'll know someone. Doctors usually seem well connected like that as I've asked for others and found pretty good docs.

I skimmed through this video and even that was a waste of time. So in response I'm going to waste
some more time and give some constructive criticism.
Not funny enough to make it worthwhile (to make or to watch). When satire isn't sharp and misses
its mark, it's like a sloppy fart squelching into a wet paper bag. If your aim isn't true and you don't have
the control over your bowels that you thought you did, you are just publicly shitting yourself.
Which I guess is okay if you're into that sort of thing.
Suggestions: more cardigans. Layer that shit up. If you are going for the "is this serious?" OTT thing,
then actually put some effort into it. Even one good idea that is passably executed can redeem an
otherwise pointless, aimless, poorly thought out shitshow.
Editing... If you don't have multiple cameras for changing angles, then press stop and move the
camera at some point. Shoot the same scene multiple times from different angles. Take a look
at what you think of as the "good footage", now delete it. Take all the rejected footage and use that.
Just the interstitial stuff. Use all the giblets and odds and ends... like how they make hot dogs.
Watch more Tim & Eric in order to help identify when an "awkward pause" is actually funny and
when it is just a waste of space, like paint drying on the glass eye of a blind person.
Likability... even when actors/comedians are portraying an "unlikable character", there is some
spark of intelligence exhibited or a charisma coming through to make it seem worthwhile for
people to actually keep watching.
