Loud and portable PA speakers/system?

I have a current PA system I put together at my practice space but it takes up way too much space and is heavy. 2 - 12" speakers, 18" sub and, rack case with cross over and 2 power amps.
I'm looking for something that is loud enough to hang in a loud band setting, good with drum machines and can hang with loud amps, and good with synths and can project the low end.
