Can I just jazz up Alexander pedals for a minute?

EDIT: first post was too damn long. Here’s the gist:
I bought an Oblivion delay used that was having some issues. Matt at Alexander was super quick to talk with me about it here, and even quicker to help me get it fixed. I had the pedal back within a few days of shipping it out to them, and I can now say that this delay is one of my favorite pedals I’ve ever owned. I’m incredibly impressed by not only their products, but their company as a whole. Thanks again!
