Was looking at the Dwarfcraft Grazer, but there is so much out there now I wanted to make sure that I am not missing something that would be a better value. Looking for a pedal that causes stutter or glitch effects. I would also take any suggestions if a combination of effects or exp pedal tricks can pull this off with a Line 6 M9.

Have you tried 2 or 3 of the pattern trem in series? That would get pretty stuttery.

Boss DD, DSD, etc
Copilot Simulcast
Zoom Multistomp (has a cool glitch delay, not a hold/stutter)
Some good deals on older Judders out there sometimes
Z-Cat did some hold delays I think
Boss DSD can do some wonderful glitches though...feedback loops and such, it's all about the trigger input.
Boss 1/2 racks too
Gigadelay can have sequenced presets with some fun into the exp input
For other stuttery things, try those pll/comparator "ring mods" like motormatic, thermal wave ... Not really glitch though, more like supreme chop

DD-3/5
I've heard the DSD's are supposed to be interesting, but I've never seen one that worked right, so.

So you're saying they are glitched?

The glitch is often glitched so that it doesn't glitch, ya glitch?

Nah, I just tested it that one time for you. I should've though. Took some menu diving to switch the footswitchand input to preset change.

It's all about that trigger input on record/play mode. Clearing the buffer is the problem and bending down to switch modes (no bypass in record/play). But, in the other modes the delay will be influenced by the trigger mode.
