What bands/solo artists ect. Use fuzz for vocals?
& what microphones & fuzz, cheap or high priced do yall have experience with using in that fashion?
What fuzz accepted human voice youve enjoyed and what microphones pushed it just right?

the fuzz-like vocal sound i've most enjoyed is singing through a battery-powered bullhorn, most notably used by Michael Stipe on the 1989 R.E.M. tour. see the chorus here:

Cool, sounded like one of those old phones turned mic you see on etsy...that kind of lofi phantom power/green bullet CB radio sound^ is what got me thinking about fuzz vocals.

Comesect, my friend, my brother...I hold the answer to your question.
DIRTY BEACHES (this is a less fuzzy track incidentally)

Also, Jay Reatard and THE REATARDS and Ty Segall do lots of stuff with fuzzy vocals.

An awesome REATARDS track but not their fuzziest vocal wise (I'm really on a roll here

)

If you can get your hands on the compilation SWALLOW THIS TURD, there are lots of fuzzed out vocal bands.
This is pretty fuzzy on the vocals. DIRTY BEACHES again.

Less fuzz, more over-modulation (another all time favorite artist

).

I'm sure Mike Patton does...I know he bought an 88 from Hiro. None in this though:

Early cabaret Voltaire...earlier has more than later...maybe more tape saturation

Boring typical suggestions
Anyone remember vocal processors with raspy? I remember a kid wanting one to sound like Tim Armstrong which always made me laugh.

Lordgalvar reminded me that WHITEHOUSE does this sort of thing.
And how could I forget...one of my all time favorites...Comesect...ATRAX MORGUE is like the king of vocal processing to the point it becomes symbiotic to his equipment.
