TC Electronic Echobrain seems like a good candidate.

Inexpensive new, even cheaper used.

The old DOD FX96 or FX90 are both analog delays with the same chips as the DM2 or DM3. There are some up on reverb for around $75 to $100. The FX96 has a tone control which is a nice bonus. This is the one I have. I clipped a resistor off of the time pot to extend the delays and sometimes run it at 12v which extends the delay time further and can get gnarly in a fun way. The only thing I don't love about it, and I only just noticed it recently, is that the delay signal can get a little distorted if you hit it with a really hot signal.

Made by the dude who designed the dmm. Great price on that.

VD400 used to be real bbds. I understood the T.C. budget-line successor was as well.

Fuck, I just did a big fuzz splurge, but that's a killer price on that Xvive.

Ibanez ES-2 can be found cheap, especially used :idk:

Not the cheapest suggestion here, but hey...Faux wooden side panels

Srs though, there's not a helluva lot of equally cheap bbd peds out there with such a long delay time. Not to mension tasty modulation, an oscillation switch, tap tempo...And the rate/time fader can be operated with yer foot

Another cheap no-frills option, in case you don't care for tt or long delay times: Ehx Memory boy?
