Why has the NUX time core gone up to $100?

After lingering at $45-50 for ages all of a sudden sellers have doubled the price. What gives?

Maybe the stock at the one warehouse all the resellers get them is low + some algorithm bumped up the price accordingly?
Amusingly, that means that the Time Force (of which I have one that I dig a lot) which is theoretically a souped-up version, is now the cheaper option... looks like they're still available on Ali for ~C$80.

I think it's because that one guy made a video, where he pointed out that it's actually 'Nu-X' and not NUX. NUX sounds kind of dumb, but Nu-X has more zest and instant credibility, therefore the prices are soaring.
