They're still around.
The MASF dude plays in Endon, who just did a big US tour with Boris so that might explain things.

I swear when I got my pedals, and I got them from a USA store, that shop shut down like the following week or something

I bought most of my early MASF pedals from Tone Factor although my most recent ones came direct. I don't think they have a US dealer presently although there seems to be demand so someone should pick them up.

I got first a Raptio years ago from Tonefactor. Then last year I got few things (Epilepsy, ORDO, MA.Osc3) directly from Japan via rakuten.co.jp

I can confirm, Mr MASF just posted a photo with a crap-ton of Raptios on Instagram. He's just busy playing at and going to concerts it seems 
Btw, Rakuten is a shopping website on which shops/companies sell stuff, not a company by itself. Several Japanese music shops sell internationally too, worth checking if you're looking for something specific (either through Rakuten or though Digimart.net, which is a similar website but just for music gear).
